TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Vantage Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website vantagesolutions.eu and the services provided by Vantage Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES

Vantage Solutions provides AI consulting, implementation, and automation services. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.

2. USE OF THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS

Our services utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including but not limited to OpenAI, xAI (Grok), Google (Gemini), and Microsoft (Copilot). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI Hallucinations: AI can produce inaccurate, biased, or "hallucinated" information.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated output.

Third-Party Terms: Your use of these AI features is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective AI providers.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

Reviewing Output: You must review and verify all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business, legal, or financial decisions.

Data Input: Ensuring that any data you provide to us for processing does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

4. PAYMENTS AND FEES

Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Non-Payment: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement, all fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (IMPORTANT)

To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, Vantage Solutions, its employees, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Damages resulting from AI-generated errors or "hallucinations."

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Vantage Solutions in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vantage Solutions retains ownership of any proprietary tools, scripts, or workflows developed during the provision of services. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the relationship upon written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to delete any data associated with the client’s account upon termination of the service agreement.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bulgaria.
